6. Building Management control systems used by facilities management companies…E.g. Jones Lang Lasalle
Consultancy services to be offered will include conventional design and planning with emphasis on technical infrastructure, in particular the production of equipment audit and the assimilation of all information for systems and hardware. The objective outcome will be to deliver proposals which illustrate our ability to rationalize control systems into an “overview”, which will provide economies in terms of operating efficiency and cost savings combined with ease of access to the active control systems. The consultancy service will then be a platform to launch “product” based services for the long term objectives, to provide not only feasibility design and planning but project “validation” of proposed and ongoing contracts.
